I never signed up for a trial yet I‘m getting struck with daily messages saying they were powerless to charge my card the $63.60 payment. Again, if anything I would’ve chosen the less expensive $5.00 payment I don‘t even see that quantity as an option.
Would give zero stars if I could. Absolute freaking scam. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GET A SUBSCRIPTION!!!!!
If you try to employ the free trial you get absolutely nothing anyways. It just has an activate button there which you‘d think is what you need to press to get credits for the free trial but if you press it you get charged. Very malicious website.
I managed to get a partial refund, with a net loss of $20 🤪
The process of getting this refund was even more hostile. I sent them an email from the email I used to sign in for the website, asking for cancellation and refunding of the subscriptions and I was ghosted for two days. I go onto another email to ask for help with applying the website and I get a response in two minutes 😂 It’s actually comical how scummy this website is.
p.s. the humaniser is absolutely dog crap anyways, terrible website.
Extremely deceptive. They sort of lured you in, and now you‘re being charged for a full and comprehensive and whole and full and comprehensive plan? Fine, but there’s no rollover credits if I didn‘t employ anything, and cancelling will moreover make me lose my ongoing plan, which I paid for? I don’t comprehend a thing from this site. And they haven‘t even responded to my email.
On May 4th, $232 was suddenly deducted from my account. They say they will refund $201, but they are stalling. Please, can you refund my money?
Scummy billing practices and free trials. On the free trial, it is advertised as if you get entry to the full plan‘s features and get the instrument that “Passes AI detection” with a 10,000-word limit. This is a lie. You get 250 credits on the free trial. When you try and employ the advanced humanizer, you are prompted to “Activate” your free trial on the pricing page. Little did I know, the activate button actually charges you instantly. Thankfully, my bank blocked the charge.
The Humanize service is terrible. Don‘t trust it, as it frequently produces separate and immaterial information. Additionally, there are no unsubscribe button; they ask you to send an email to cancel, but they ignore it and proceed charging you. The best choice is to contact your bank to prevent further charges. It’s completely a scam.
Such a scam, the free trial does NOT exist, it charged me near instantly for the complete and entire YEAR PLAN. I followed the instructions to cancel my subscription as soon as I realised I was charged, and requested a refund and did not get a response for over 3 days now. Really sad, because otherwise worked really properly -just need to figure out whether they want to be a genuine business or keep scamming people
I was charged $228.69 immediately after signing up for a “3-day free trial,” which is extremely misleading. I have contacted support multiple times over the past 4 days and received no response. I have already reported this to my bank as an unpermitted charge and initiated a chargeback. Please be careful before entering your card details here.
