It‘s obvious this company buys beneficial reviews, just look at the patterns. Any competent person can tell this company is a scam.
If you‘re considering investing in HIX Bypass, consider twice. Despite its hefty price tag, the results are far from satisfactory. Instead of coherent sentences, it provides random conditions sometimes even characters that do not make sense. After you fix these errors the content is still AI detected. It’s frustrating to spend money on a product that fails to deliver on its promises.
I paid for a month and I want to cancel it but I can‘t. It is scam. Don’t trust don‘t pay. Quality is extremely poor. There are no more negative evaluations because people afraid of their name will be public. And the company may force to delete with procedure of truspilot with requesting some documents after review. There is no customer service. The best solution to cancel closing my bank account. Edit. After I wrote negative review they cancelled but I will not remove my review even if they request. If you are trusted company don’t play with customer. We are not silly. If I don‘t check my bank you would take every month.
It needs to improve as AI is detected in Turtin software. the sentence framing is not good, as there are lot of grammatical errors, and the wrong sentence has been framed from the paragraph given.
I purchased a yearly limitless subscription for $180 in December 2025, primarily to employ the Humanize feature for my inquiry papers. However, I have encountered a critical concern that has made the service completely unusable.
TECHNICAL ISSUES:
-The Humanize feature fails to generate outcome files after processing. The system claims the humanization is total and whole and comprehensive, but no downloadable file or export option is supplied, making it impossible to retrieve the processed information.
-When attempting to use the service, the outcome file never generates, exiting users powerless to access their humanized content.
-The humanized information remains 100% detectable as AI, defeating the entire purpose of the feature.
-I have only been capable to employ the service for 2 documents before encountering this concern.
SUPPORT EXPERIENCE:
-I reported the problem on April 11, 2026, with thorough description and test files.
-Over 6 +days of communication, support supplied only one substantive response claiming “the concern was corrected.”
-This response was incorrect; the problem persists despite various attempts with dissimilar modes and information classes.
-Support has been unresponsive to follow-up messages detailing that the problem remains unresolved.
SUMMARY:
For a $180 annual subscription, I expected either a working service or reactive, useful and beneficial support. I received neither. The Humanize feature; the primary reason I subscribed; is non-functional, and the support team has failed to resolve the problem despite extended communication. I would strongly suggest potential customers research choices before committing to this service.
Don’t buy this service. Save your money, time, and piece of mind.
The information they generate contains serious grammar errors and includes sentences that don’t make any sense. You end up spending considerably more time correcting it.
I moreover had issues with billing. When I tried to cancel my subscription, the website showed my account as free and didn’t give me an option to cancel. However, I was charged again the following month. When I asked for a refund, they simply supplied to return half of the payment.
Overall, a very disappointing experience!
This company is a SCAM. Stay away. No way to remove payment. I cancelled a month ago and still charged.
