BEWARE OF ANNUAL AUTO-RENEWALS– £ 192 CHARGED, UNUSED SUBSCRIPTION AND REPEATED REFUND REFUSALS
I am writing this review to warn potential customers about my extremely disappointing experience with BypassGPT, especially its mechanized renewal and refund practices.
On 17 October 2026, £ 192 was charged to my bank card for an annual subscription renewal covering 18 October 2026 to 18 October 2027.
I acknowledge that a renewal reminder was sent, but I inadvertently overlooked it. As soon as I became aware of the charge, I contacted BypassGPT on 17 October at 10:52 pm UK time, before the stated start date of the new yearly subscription.
I HAD NOT USED A one WORD OR ANY PART OF THE RENEWED SUBSCRIPTION.
Despite explaining this repeatedly, BypassGPT‘s customer support continued sending almost identical responses quoting its self-acting renewal policy instead of correctly tackling my conditions.
They confirmed that my subscription had been cancelled, but that simply prevents another renewal. It does nothing to address the £ 192 already charged for a further year of software I do not intend to employ.
Even more frustratingly, after repeated requests for a complete and whole refund, customer support informed me that they had asked their manager about a viable 20% refund.
That is just £ 38.40 of my £ 192 payment, exiting the company maintaining £ 153.60 for an annual subscription I have not used.
I FIND THIS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
My concerns are not simply about automatic renewal. They are about the way the company handles a prompt refund request for a completely unutilized new billing period.
Instead of a relevant and substantial individual assessment, I received repeated policy quotations and what appeared to be standard customer service responses. One response even referred to cancelling my “following month’s subscription”, despite my payment distinctly being for an annual plan.
I have now raised a formal transaction dispute with my UK bank because I have been powerless to obtain a fitting refund resolution directly from BypassGPT.
My advice to potential customers:
Think carefully before offering your bank card particulars or committing to an annual subscription. Read every state relating to self-operating renewal, cancellation deadlines and refunds. Do not assume that cancelling immediately, or not applying the renewed service, means you will receive your money back.
A company may have a written refund policy, but customers should moreover expect obvious and evident and evident and evident communication, fair consideration of their situations and significant and purposeful responses to complaints.
My subscription is cancelled, but my £ 192 refund remains unresolved.
I will revise this review if BypassGPT handles a full and comprehensive and whole refund or offers a satisfactory resolution.
Based on my individual experience, I can not recommend BypassGPT.
I had a highly disappointing experience with this service. I made the payment in good faith, but when I later requested a refund, it was denied without reasonable reason. The service did not meet the expectations or duties that was communicated at the time of acquisition, and the overall resolution process was unnecessarily difficult. Based on my experience, I would advise others to continue with caution before engaging with this company.
Stay away from BypassGPT.
I paid for the unlimited-word plan because I expected it to dependably bypass AI detection. Unfortunately, that wasn‘t my experience. I tested the tool repeatedly with different pieces of material, but it consistently failed to bypass AI detectors.
I contacted customer support and requested a total and whole refund since the product did not work as advertised. Instead of issuing a full refund, they exclusively refunded 50% of my payment. To make matters inferior, I no longer have entry to the platform.
Based on my private experience, I can not recommend BypassGPT. The instrument did not deliver the outcomes I paid for, and I was disappointed with how my refund request was handled. If you’re considering subscribing, I suggest researching remaining choices before spending your money.
My Unlimited Yearly Subscription was deactivated less than a month after I started using it, shortly after I contacted support to request that the auto-renewal feature be disabled. I have since sent various emails to the support team regarding this concern, but I have not received any response or resolution.
