I had a smooth and hassle free experience with LeapScholar. They helped me with all documentation process and kept on providing regular updates. A special shout-out to my main counselor Mr. Atul who was wonderful and helped me begin my study abroad journey. Abhilash and Tarun sir also helped me with my visa and application process. Overall, the LeapScholar team did their job and helped me grab that offer letter!
I really enjoyed the process. The counsellor kept me posted with constant updates and status check-ins. The overall "Leap team" — including the visa team, financial team and other teams were very helpful. They always kept me in the loop and gave me valuable feedback and resources whenever I faced any problem. Overall, LeapScholar helped me throughout and especially my counsellor, Sudhanshu, thank you all for your support and guidance.
Had a great experience with Leap Scholar. They were very supportive, professional, and guided me through every step of the study abroad process. My counsellors were always available to answer my questions and made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
I am not satisfied with the service I am currently receiving from Leap Scholar. Since this is my first time applying to study abroad and reaching out to an agency, I initially had no reference point for how much support to expect. However, my first counselor, Humaira, set a gold standard. She was exceptional and never treated her role as just a basic job. When I tentatively suggested options, she took the extra step to guide me, recommending Scotland specifically because it is a finance hub that aligned with my degree. Her personal insights directly helped me choose the right university and course. Even on her busiest days, she maintained daily communication, letting me know she would call as soon as she was free, which gave me immense confidence and peace of mind throughout the early process.
Unfortunately, everything changed after she was replaced. I am completely unhappy with my current counselor, as her communication is deeply frustrating. Replies are not just delayed by an hour or a day; I routinely wait two to three days for a response. While I understand that everyone is entitled to their personal life and time off, basic courtesy dictates keeping clients updated. I receive no heads-up about her availability, leaving me in total radio silence. Even during critical moments—such as when I was physically at a center, stressed, and urgently asking for help—she ignored my calls and messages. Days later, she would finally respond without any explanation or acknowledgment of the urgency.
This ongoing issue prompted me to escalate the situation to her team leader, Deepti. While Deepti has been helpful and responsive whenever I reach out directly, raising this concern three or four times has not resolved the root problem. I am still assigned to the same counselor who continues to provide delayed and dismissive responses. Instead of actionable guidance, I receive brief one-word answers like "yes," "no," or "you can do it yourself." While I am fully aware that students can handle certain tasks independently, the entire purpose of hiring and trusting a consultancy is to receive expert guidance and hand-holding through complex procedures, as my peers who used other services like IDP experienced.
Right now, I am at the most crucial juncture of my journey. I have been accepted, my offer is sorted, and I am in the final stages of preparing to leave. Yet, this peak phase requires clear guidance on pre-departure logistics, necessities, and expectations that independent research cannot fully replace. Instead of feeling supported, I am left navigating these final steps completely blind. I am deeply disappointed with this experience and strongly request an immediate change of counselor to someone responsible and proactive who can offer the structured guidance and insights I need before I fly out.
Khushi Verma at Leap Scholar is amazing! She guided me through everything – from university shortlisting to application submissions. Her patience and support made the process stress-free. Khushi's expertise ensured my goals aligned with my choices. Thanks to her and the Leap team, this important academic journey was smooth. Their professionalism is impressive, and Khushi's personalized guidance boosted my confidence.
This company is a total scam. They ignored my emails, causing me to miss an important opportunity and waste a year. Even after forgiving them and receiving an offer letter, they remained uncooperative. I had to call the university myself to get crucial information they should have provided. Turns out, they never even accepted my offer letter. It's clear they don't care about their clients or students. They're untrustworthy and lack integrity. They don't even know if I have my CAS Letter. Avoid them at all costs.
