Extremely disappointed. I feel like this company exists to scam people

Very bad experience they are saying it's a demo class but they do cheating not teaching anything in demo class and they are asking for payment and if once we dnt register to link for pay then they just hold us in the middle of demo class very bad behaviour.....
This company is a total scam. They ignored my emails, causing me to miss an important opportunity and waste a year. Even after forgiving them and receiving an offer letter, they remained uncooperative. I had to call the university myself to get crucial information they should have provided. Turns out, they never even accepted my offer letter. It's clear they don't care about their clients or students. They're untrustworthy and lack integrity. They don't even know if I have my CAS Letter. Avoid them at all costs.
Leapscholar is just useful for ielts and practice exams. They won't answer appropriately during the lengthy short listing and application procedure. If you wish to submit your applications, I would not use leapscholar.
Total scam! They promise an 8+ IELTS band but give limited practice material. Paid a lot for a few tests. If you don't score high, no more practice. Don't waste money here. Find better options for IELTS prep.
My experience with Leap Scholar was terrible. I asked for help for the September intake, but they were slow and unresponsive. They missed deadlines, wasted 15 days, and even submitted an application without my permission. The counselor never reached out, and I had to chase them for updates. I wouldn't recommend them – they're inexperienced and unhelpful.
After the class is over, there ain't no way to clear doubts. The Telegram group channel is all locked up, and we students can't ask our questions there. It feels like all they care about is money, 'cause I kept getting calls to join some other course after the IELTS class. They didn't even bother to ask if the class was any good or provide a way to get help with our doubts. It's kinda frustrating, you know? I wish they'd be more considerate and helpful instead of just focusing on making money.
They lie and cheat. They will take your money and rum without showing any class. Think carefully before paying.
I want to say a big thank you to my counselor, Mrs. Premlata Shandilaya, for all her help, knowledge, and support during my journey to study in the UK. I also want to thank Ms. Rohini for making my VISA process easy and stress-free. The entire team at Leap Scholar deserves cheers for their hard work. I am really grateful to the whole team for making my dream of studying abroad come true. They helped me get to my long-awaited better opportunities. Thank you all
