The delivery proofs on Dreamcrest's website gave me confidence initially, but my personal experience didn't match up. My product took much longer to arrive than expected, and when it did, it wasn't as described. I feel misled by their supposed 'proofs.'
Horrible experience with Grammarly and Turnitin both. For turnitin, he simple removed access after two weeks and never processed any refund. For Grammarly, he lied to me saying that I will get a private account, and then after I paid, gave me access to a shared account. Post that, I asked for a refund, and he said I am a freeloader. I barely logged in, checked that the account is shared, and mentioned to him that I need a refund. The seller (Ashish Kumar) mentioned that I used the Grammarly for free and deleted my documents (even when I didn't upload a single document). On top of that, he started threatening me when I asked for a refund. He said he will only process 50%, and for that too, he simply claimed it's been sent. When I asked for proof, he started demanding my bank statement. I said it isn't here yet and I am not comfortable sharing my statement. He kept on arguing that he has sent it and he forgot to take a screenshot. He also wouldn't check on his statement to confirm that he has processed it.
My advise is to STAY AWAY. Do NOT trust him. Better to throw your money in a ditch; at least you know you aren't expecting anything in return.
