Do not place trust in these scammers. This fraudulent entity exists solely to extort money from the public. They initially promised completion of work in 15 days, but after a month, demanded payment for incomplete work. Despite 5 months passing, they are unresponsive and continue to deceive. It's imperative to shut down this sham organization to prevent further harm.
Received payment and then ceased communication. Exam failure with no information provided, only vague assurances of investigation, causing more stress than if I had handled it independently.
I am extremely disappointed with the whole company called "The Student Helpline". I feel that they are unprofessional and have not met my expectations. The content of the assignment did not align with the topic, despite me providing clear guidelines. As a result, I have failed my dissertation and wasted valuable time. I advise others to stay away from this company, as it seems they use AI to write assignments and deliver poor quality work.
