The University of Vermont and State Agricultural College incorporates seven undergraduate schools, a graduate college, an honors college, and a college of medicine. Passing quality education for more than two centuries, the university has a vibrant student life with over a hundred associations, students' clubs, athletics, and club sports. The athletic teams at the University of Vermont are called the Catamounts and are known for producing renowned Olympic medalists.
