Good platform with helpful resources and knowledgeable experts. The response time could be a little faster during busy periods, but the overall experience was positive.

The Jinee Greencard program is a mess. The staff gives terrible advice that doesn't hold up to actual USCIS standards, and the templates they provide look completely amateur. Go with a real attorney instead
Do not fall for the Jinee Greencard sales pitch. Their introductory calls feel like a high-pressure marketing stunt where they pretend your profile is 'borderline' and they rarely accept anyone. Then, miraculously, everyone gets an acceptance email. They completely gloss over the actual difficulty of the I-140 process. Once they have your money, the attention drops completely.
Total waste of money with Jinee Greencard. They charge massive fees for information you can easily find for free on Reddit or the USCIS website. They promised a highly personalized strategy to build my EB-1A profile, but all I got were generic templates and standard checklists. Save your money and hire a real immigration attorney instead.
lol ! First hand experience. Perfect scam . That guy Sahil is the biggest liar I’ve ever seen. Entire team is in India , they know nothing not even proper English and they will guide you how to write research papers. He is also tied up with another scammer by name Vasanthan who will do every scam possible and present himself as a lawyer when he’s not and try to get you into their firm and ask to complete NDA’s for all the scammy LORs . Nobody is genuine, Sahil recommends all paid opportunities so that he gets commission. These are all in $500 - $1000 range . Mind you this is all beyond the $10k that he charges initially. Just imagine doing 10 of those . He has more than 300 people in the program. Also once they have their money they give no fucks about who you are and where your case stands . Take it from me , stay away.
That hasn’t been my experience at all. Im currently in Jinees EB-1A program, and it’s been slow, documentation-heavy, and very handson definitely not doing nothing.EB1A isn’t a plug and play process so if someone expects instant results, disappointment is almost guaranteed
Hi people I just wanted to post about Jinee Eb1 program … They charged $10k and running scam by doing nothing … no proper method to track individual progress… they just keep marketing on insta and other social media to scam people… Don’t fall into this trap
