I received excellent guidance right from the start, beginning with university selection. The entire process was incredibly smooth. They managed my LORs and SOPs efficiently, ensuring all materials were crafted to my exact requirements and delivered well before the deadlines. I have been working with Yash and his team since 2023, and I have to say that they have not disappointed me. They have booked Visa slots for F-1 and B2. Surya and Ansh are great people and have constantly kept us updated throughout the process.

I got to know about YMGrad through a friend, and I took a counseling session with Yash Mittra in July 2025. He explained their services in detail and even assured guidance throughout the admission process for foreign universities.
I opted for two services: complete application assistance and visa support. In addition to that, they also helped me with my research papers. Dedicated counselors were assigned to me, making it easy to communicate and understand each step of the process. Surya assisted me with the research papers, while Gaurav and Shardhya supported me from university shortlisting to application submission. They have always been available and addressed even the smallest concerns.
Although my work is still in progress, I am fully satisfied with their services and the entire team.
I used their complete application help package along with research paper drafting, and the quality was genuinely impressive. Shradhya prepared the LORs and SOP well-crafted, and she even customized the SOP for each university’s requirements, which made the process smoother. The research paper drafting support was also solid and helped me present my profile more strongly.
The only area that could’ve been better was the university shortlisting — it felt slow, and my preference to apply only to ambitious schools wasn’t fully factored in at first. But aside from that, I’m satisfied with the overall experience.

The most useful service was by Mahesh Bhandari. That guy actually knows how to work hard and deliver even if many revisions are needed. He helped me throughout the whole process and also gave me insights on how I can fix my resume/application and stuff.
When I was an getting ready to apply (around 2 months before applications opened) I was lost. I had no clue where to start and what to do, and he actually gave me a timeline. Give GRE by this date, if you fail, give it again by this date, IELTS by this date, applications open on this date, older applications were like this.
Of course, it was my own hardwork that got me in to CMU, because I studied for those damn exams... but I can safely say “It takes a village to raise a child” and though his contribution was not directly towards the content, just having someone to tell you what to do at what time and giving pseudo deadlines with the distance between the pseudo deadline and the real deadline left to perfect an application was what I needed to get into CMU.
My family told me there's no point in posting a review coz no one believes shit here... but yeah I already got into CMU, sending this out doesn't do me any benefit lol but if it helps you, take some small service (like maybe profile evaluation and shortlisting or sth) but get Mahesh on your case. Once he's on your case, if you are good enough to get into an ABC university, you'll get an admit from it, coz he'll make you your best.
I took the complete application process service from YM grad and i am extremely happy with the process. My advisors were Soyonao Lungleng and Juhi. They were extremely helpful through out the process and i had to turn in my applications to universities with a time crunch. Both counsellors were very professional, understood my requirements and advised to put me into the correct direction. I applied to 8 universities in total and i received scholarships from multiple universities as well. Would definitely recommend.

I took visa application help from YMGrad Team. Since I am a full time working person, I needed someone who can guide and help me with the process. Juhi, Ansh and Bhawna all of them helped me during the process of getting my student visa. This company is really doing good work and are reliable.
I really loved the service by YMgrad. They were really helpful and very responsive. They answered to my each and every query without any irritation, no matter how many times I asked them. Juhi, Penelope and Ansh tiwari were my team of counsellor’s and they were so good and so helpful and even at times they even delivered work way before the expected dates on my demand. So I am really glad that I took their service and I will suggest it to everyone.
So i took 2 services one was the university application and other one was the visa help and i have already given the review for the university application help.
so about the VISA help, ymgrad sure is helpful and really made it easy for me to complete my ds-160 my sevis fee and some more, they also helped me when i made a error with some payment, they were responsive and booked my visa slot at the earliest (27 april) but i did find the fee a bit over the top could be really feasible if it was lessened a bit. But overall ill rate the VISA application help.

Their support made the entire process much smoother and less stressful, ultimately helping me secure an admit to RWTH Business School, Germany. I would highly recommend YMGrad to any student planning to study abroad.
