Eligibility
-Applications are usually submitted directly from students to the OAS-Rowe Fund Secretariat and are accepted and reviewed year-round at any time during the academic year in the U.S. -Applications that comply with the eligibility requirements will be reviewed and evaluated by the Committee. -The decision of the Committee is final and will be communicated to the applicant by the Secretariat of the Fund.

-The Rowe Fund program provides making interest-free loans for up to USD 15,000 to citizens of Latin America and the Caribbean, to help them finance their studies or research in universities across the United States. -This program is available to individuals currently studying or wishing to pursue graduate, postgraduate, or the last two years of undergraduate studies.
