Candidates must follow all application guidelines and agree to the Formsbirds official scholarship rules.

The FormsBirds $500 Scholarship Contest is held every year to assist possibly keen and exceptional students in the completion of their college education. Formsbirds is glad to announce a scholarship of $500 once every year for students who are currently in college and incoming freshmen pursuing higher education.
