-This scholarship is judged primarily on a need basis but does not exclude achievement standards. -The scholarship must be submitted, in full, by April 29th. -LATE and INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. -Any high school senior or college freshman from the state of Idaho is eligible. -A student aid report showing the income status of your household must be attached to the application. -Must have a minimum G.P.A. of 3.0. -The counselor or representative must attest the transcripts. -the scholarship is a one-time scholarship worth $75 will be announced on May 30th. -Although not required, applicants are encouraged to submit recommendation letters and resumes to substantiate their application. -All applicants must be submitted electronically using this form.
