The candidate should be a child of a gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender parent.
Details
The candidate should be a graduating high school senior entering higher education for the first time. Self identifies oneself as either a gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender person or as a supporter of gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender people and displays an interest in service to the GLBT community.
