Eligible candidates need to be: 1) Be a resident of a nation other than the People's Republic of China, and be in good health; 2) Not be a registered student in any Chinese universities at the time of application; 3) Be a BS or BEng holder (younger than 35) in the field related to Computer Science/Engineering, Information and Communication Technologies or Mathematics; 4) Be capable in the English Language (reading, writing and speaking), as all the courses will be instructed in English; 5) Have a brilliant academic background, GPA 3.2/4.0 or 4.0/5.0 or more is required.
