It is safe to say that you are a hopeful impact entrepreneur? Join our Fellowship Program in Berlin and learn hands-on how to be an entrepreneur by dealing with a real-life Challenge presented by H&M - the Future of Work Challenge. This Challenge welcomes you and 19 other young entrepreneurs to go through 10 weeks on campus in Berlin to devise inventive ways for representatives of large organizations to set focuses for themselves and quantify their real effect. Specifically, you will be asked to: Distinguish new regions in large organizations that aren't as of now secured by employee satisfaction surveys. Make a stunning arrangement that is adequately adaptable and transferable, for example, to different organizations. Enable individual and fundamental change by making its impact quantifiable. By working on the Challenge, you will get familiar with our DO School Method, which will show you the aptitudes and strategies essential to transform your ideas into action and build up your endeavor plan with experienced mentors. From that point onward, you'll proceed onward to actualize your venture throughout the following ten months in your home country, bolstered by the DO School using an online learning-based platform, regular coaching sessions, and wrapping things up with a widespread alumni network.
