1. The research teams must be from entities that are the Member States of the United Nations. 2. There can be up to four Bachelor, Master, or Ph.D. students in a team, endorsed by an academic supervisor. 3. The experiment suggested must be a requirement of the student's Bachelor, Master, or Ph.D. thesis or should be a part of the participant's studies at their respective university. 4. No changes can be made to the application once it is submitted. However, in the case of exceptional reasons, changes can be made. 5. Teams participating for the first time in an experiment series at the Bremen Drop Tower will get priority. Selection Criteria: 1. The Selection Board of the program comprises of team members from OOSA, ZARM, and DLR. 2. Teams will be considered based on the scientific and technological value of the proposed experiment. 3. They will also take into account the degree of relevance of Microgravity and the Drop Tower utilization in the proposed research. 4. The team's corporation and involvement of the proposed experiment in the student's syllabuses are also essential in the selection.
It is a fellowship program of the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA), where students get a chance to learn and study Microgravity Science by performing experiments at the Bremen Drop Tower.
