- Candidate must be a graduating high school senior entering higher education for the first time in fall. - The candidate must self-identify as either a gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender person or a supporter of the GLBT community. - The candidate must demonstrate an interest in the service of the GLTB community. - The candidate must have applied to an accredited higher education institution in pursuit of either an associates degree leading to transfer credits towards a bachelors degree or a bachelors degree program at a four-year college.
