-The Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Exam provides certification to students in the Caribbean who intend to continue studying after completing a minimum of five years of secondary education. -Truman State University recognizes the challenging nature of CAPE by offering transfer of credit to Truman applicants that receive I-IV on some exams.
