Extremely disappointed with UpGrad's handling of my HR Management & HR Analytics certification from IIM Kozhikode. Promised a hard copy certificate and guaranteed placement, received neither. Breach of trust and false promises. Take urgent action to rectify and issue the certificate. Apology and resolution needed for this manipulation and inconvenience.
Upgrad = SPAMMER. Constant referral messages are annoying. Tried stopping, no luck. If they can't handle formal students' requests, teaching won't be good either. Avoid to save yourself from the spam trap. PS: Did their strategic digital marketing program, regretting it.

Avoid this Machine Learning, Data Science, and AI course. Content is unplanned, teachers lack effort, videos are disorganized and unrelated, doubt resolution is ineffective, feels like a typical Indian college online. Sales rep won't show course videos. Not worth the money if you want a deep understanding.
Started well, then overwhelmed with excessive content. Advertised 12-15 hrs/week, but it's more. Admin response slow (2-3 days), marketing emails flood inbox. Content itself isn't bad, but chaotic overall experience. 2 stars.
Student support at Upgrad is disappointing. Open tickets for extended periods, unresponsive to follow-ups. Coding platform bugs, test case verification delays, especially in Full stack module. Wasting unnecessary time. Open ticket for 2 months, engineers unable to update correct scores. Won't recommend Upgrad.
Avoid upGrad for MBA global programs. They're just middlemen with no control over grading or assessments. No one-on-one with professors, lots of errors. Buddy system is lazy, upGrad team unhelpful. No reviews or pre-assessments. Regret enrolling, waste of time and money. Hoping to salvage my degree this year.
Avoid UpGrad's data analytics course. Poorly organized content, ineffective live classes and PI sessions, frustrating doubt-solving and TA support. Overall subpar experience, not worth it. Strongly advise against purchasing this course.
If you value your privacy, refrain from downloading brochures. Despite opting out of communication from UpGrad after downloading a brochure, I was promptly contacted by an assertive sales representative within five minutes. This individual displayed a persistent demeanor, making extensive efforts to prolong our conversation. This experience was not only highly vexing but also exhibited a marked lack of professionalism.
