Shachi scammed me and my family of our hard earned money and I am not afraid to say it. She gave out fake promises at first, and then completely blocked me on all platforms so I could not get in touch with her. When I posted this review on her site, she deleted it and acted as if I do not even exist. When I reported to the police, they asked me her office location where I was told the location doesn't exist or Shachi has the wrong address on Google. She's fraudulently kept my father's hard earned savings and has disappeared on all platforms whenever I tried to contact her. Have some empathy if you're reading this Shachi and return my father's money if you can't provide the service.
I trusted them with my student visa process thinking they were professionals. They submitted the wrong university details on my DS-160. I only noticed it right before the interview. Had to redo the whole thing myself. Never going back to them again.
These guys messed up my appointment dates and blamed the system. I literally had to stay up every night refreshing the portal to get a new slot. They just kept saying “wait for updates.” What was the point of hiring them?
Paid them to help with my visa, ended up fixing their mistakes myself. Zero accountability. They ghost you after taking the money. Total waste of time and energy.
These people don't even put their mind into filling the DS-160 form. They made a mistake with mine, and I had to get it corrected again. The appointment also took a very long time to get, and that too, not by them, I had to run around for it myself. They said everything would be taken care of, but I had to do everything myself. What was the point of going to them?
Shachi Mall's team poses her as a US Visa official and threatened us into removing a negative review about their company on Telegram when we put out a review after they were forcing our users to leave our group and enter her group instead. Moreover they said that they will use their 200k subscribers against us and defame us.
They advertise as visa experts, but my experience was far from professional. The suggestions were basic and didn’t help me stand out. I could’ve done better preparing by myself with free resources online. Waste of money for me.
I wouldn’t recommend this site to others. The visa process is stressful enough, and their lack of proper support made it worse. The instructions were unclear, and I had to figure things out myself in the end. Not helpful at all.
