The Internship in Automotive axles in the domain of Specialty axles gave me an exposure about the methods adopted for manufacturing of specialty axles used in heavy commercial vehicles and military and off highway vehicles. I could understand about the production line equipped with Computerized Numerical Control machines, Drive head assembly line, MICO assembly line, HR assembly line etc. It also gave me an opportunity to learn about supplier quality system requirement (SQSR) adopted by Automotive Axles Limited (AAL).
