It is about solving the logistical concerns related to the construction site such as providing adequate area for material storage and ensure materials are lifted safely from crane especially for large construction projects in highly developed areas where maintenance of facilities in such circumstances come at a premium. I have taken the case study of One Zabeel which is an ongoing project in Dubai near Zabeel Park which is a highly developed area with existing infrastructure present over 15 years. Solving such challenges becomes crucial to ensuring project completion within schedule and budget.
