Bright Horizons Children's Centers LLC is a multinational
company which owns multiple products such as
Backup care, Day care, Pet care, Tutoring, Children
Learning Centers, College Coach etc. One of its main
revenue generating and long owned product is
Backup-care. Which is an online backup care
reservation application allowing employees belonging
to many of our clients such as Microsoft, Bank of
America, CITI Bank etc. to book unexpected care for
their loved ones such as children etc. when their
regular care is not available or falls off. Bright horizons
provides both center based and in home care for
clients.
As an Applications Architect I am responsible for
Designing, Architecting Developing, Testing and
Deploying all the company's Microservices, AI Bots,
Hydrator's in the backup care area with the use of best
and efficient software practices such as SOLID
Principles, Design patterns, DDD, Event Sourcing, CQRS,
Outbox, Saga patterns. Along with that I am also
responsible in designing companies DevOps policies
implementing core infrastructure modules which will be
shared across all the downstream teams, architect high
security infrastructure to safeguard uses private data
and lead one of the core development team of 10 to

with state management and distributed transaction
management microservices.

SMS Notifications for various important reservation
status updates to user using Microservices, Azure
Service Bus, PureCloud which are being sent
manually by Contact Center Personnel as of today
to reduce CC manual intervention by 70% and
