an algorithm for image segmentation technique which is used for automatic detection and
classification of paddy crop diseases. It also covers different diseases classification
techniques that can be used for paddy crop disease detection and results are compared with
the different CNN pre-trained models (Inception V3, ResNet 50, and Vgg16)
