During my six-month internship at Exaltare Technologies, I was part of a collaborative team that developed the 'Indian Railway Workshop Management System' for Indian Railways. This experience was invaluable, honing my ability to deliver results within stipulated timelines and adhere to standardized operating procedures. The culmination of this project not only expanded my programming skills but also provided a platform to become adept at utilizing emerging technologies, such as React.js for the frontend, Node.js for the backend, and PostgreSQL for database management. The hands-on experience garnered from this internship equips me with valuable insights into web development, empowering me to make meaningful contributions to the successful execution of complex projects.

To achieve specific business goals in the most effective and efficient manner, "Management" is one of the most important aspects we have considered.
To develop this application and to make it better ,the literature survey is done . some of nine research papers related to the customer management services and appointment booking apps including the salons and other businesses. These are standard research papers with IEEE certification. Loophole amongst them or future development factors have been taken in consideration in order to build a proper evolving platform to the service of customers .
Our project aims to provide customers with the platform which will better help them to find the best service at the optimal timings .
The system we’ve made is basically the customer management system along with the business to business web-application . The major factors expected in any system is to have a simple looking platform and be flexible and secure. The reliability of the application is also one of the most important factors we’ve tried to maintain while developing . The Platform provides with the flexibility of time by booking any free slot you wanted, also for the beautician this works the same . Beauticians can create their own slots according to their convenience. Another important factor the B to B service expects is to keep records .
To automate this process we’ve given the beautician access to his/her own customer history. Project implementation states the overall algorithms used, the equations formed for the project that will yield better results. Also the tools and technologies used or the platforms and environments worked in have been specified. For a project to be actually stable and accepted in a real world scenario it should bypass many test cases. The testing part and for what aspects the project has been tested is stated. The report concludes with the results including a web app portal for customers and beauticians to use which internally is trying to maximize the accuracy of prediction. A lot of things still remain that have to be provisioned through this web app. This 6 gives us the potential for future work and future scope that has been mentioned. Solving a real world problem, this web app can be used for other applications by simply altering the datasets, such applications have been specified. Thus this application solves the real world problem of CRM for beauticians. It saves the waiting time and cost , also it’s flexible and easy-to-use.
The web-application made i.e. Beauty service management system is dynamic in nature in order to keep the customer data safe. Each customer is given a dynamic customer ID for this purpose. This ID is automatically generated by the machine which is random and secure enough to make the customer data secure. The backend for this application is made using nodejs ExpressJs And frontend with ReactJs.
