Please be advised that the integrity and authenticity of all documentation submitted for evaluation and case preparation, including, but not limited to, scholarly publications, citation records, professional awards, and any other supporting evidence, are of paramount importance.

You bear sole and full responsibility for the veracity, accuracy, and authenticity of all materials provided. The submission of any falsified, fabricated, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of our professional agreement. It may result in the immediate cessation of our legal representation, without entitlement to a refund of any fees paid.

Although our firm makes reasonable efforts to review and assess the materials submitted, we cannot independently verify the authenticity of each document. In the event that any material misrepresentation is identified, we shall notify you accordingly; however, such discovery may lead to delays, suspension, or full termination of your case.

Please be further advised that any willful misrepresentation or fraudulent submission to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or any other relevant authority may result in severe legal ramifications, including but not limited to permanent inadmissibility to the United States and ineligibility for immigration benefits.
