US Universities accepting 3-year Bachelor's Degree
Before qualifying for admission to advanced degree programs, the bachelor's degree recipients in the United States complete 4 years (even 5!) of full-time study.
Therefore, international applicants holding a 3-year bachelor's degree bear a heavy cross while applying to grad schools in the US.
In order to help such applicants, we emailed the admissions office of several universities to check if they accept 3-year degree holders and here's what I found:

Conclusion
There are many more universities in the United States that accept 3-year degree holders for various programs. If the admissions committee can verify that the applicant has reached an academic level equivalent to a U.S. bachelor's degree, the length of their degree doesn't matter!
