A Master's degree in a relevant field is required along with references of your research supervisor, resume, fluent English (approved with any international certificate), or Russian (like a native speaker or education experience in Russian).

The grant is applicable for international Ph.D. students (besides CIS countries) who come to teach course(s) or for research internship to TPU.
