Eligibility
Foreign applicants, currently working and residing outside of Thailand, are eligible for the grant. A qualified applicant must have GPAs of at least 3.0 (undergraduate) and at least 3.50 (master’s) (out of 4).
Details
GSPA scholarships are for Ph.D. Program of Development Administration granted to international students who need financial support to promote international understanding and scholarly fraternity.
