Candidates must meet the accompanying rules: • Be a resident of the People's Republic of China; • Demonstrate maturity, flexibility and civil society leadership potential; • Have brilliant academic records and a Bachelor's degree granted before the application deadline; • Work background in a relevant area is strongly desired; • Demonstrate capability in the English language, as confirmed by standardized language test scores; • Be ready to partake in a concentrated academic language writing program in July or August 2017 and start their degree program in August or September 2017; • Be ready to get and maintain a visa or study permit for full-time master degree courses (1-2 years) as required by the host nation; and • Demonstrate a clear duty to come back to their home country or region to support open society improvement. The CSLA program doesn't segregate based on age, race, color, sex, religion, sexual orientation, or disability.
