- Applicants must complete the Tuition Waiver Application and Essay by 1st of July. - Applicants must be entering as a freshman (first-time college student) in college. - Applicants who are freshmen must have a minimum cumulative 3.25 (on a 4.0 scale) high school GPA. - Applicants must commit to living in CSC campus housing and maintain a 3.25 GPA at CSC. - Applicants must meet the proficient requirements of CSC English. - Applicants must apply for admission as a degree-seeking undergraduate (bachelor's) student.

The Chadron State College International Freshman Tuition Waiver grants an International Student Tuition Waiver's transfer recipients to receive a 50% waiver for four years. It applies to up to 16 credit hours of on-campus tuition for eight consecutive semesters (fall and spring only). The approximated total value over four years equals to $9,240.
